January brings us an Austrian festival — works by Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, and Haydn — one glorious piece after another! In February we present one of the most profound pieces ever written, Bach’s St. John Passion. Truly a special occasion! In April, our Great Choruses program promises to be a spectacular celebration of favorite choral pieces, with the full 40 Voices of Ascension. And, finally, in May, our annual Renaissance concert will focus on two of the greatest large-scale works from the late Renaissance: Palestrina’s Stabat Mater for two choirs and Victoria’s Requiem.
