from the concert POETRY OF KINGS AND PROPHETS: WORKS FROM SPAIN'S GOLDEN AGE
Tuesday, March 23, 2018, Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church, New York City
The singers in this performance are represented by the American Guild of Musical Artists, AFL-CIO.

This weekend, we'll be getting in a Baroque mood in anticipation of next week's Baroque Favorites concert with two pieces from Handel's Joseph and His Brethren. This was the grand finale of our live concert of Spanish Music celebrating the exhibition at the Frick of spectacular Zurbaran paintings from Auckland Castle in England. Siman Chung has such a plush, beautiful sound. And you can always count on Handel to deliver a rousing chorus!
