Voices of Connection: 12/04 Voices of Experience
We are fortunate to be in New York City. Fortunate to be part of the most vibrant cultural community in the country, and fortunate to be able to attract so many wonderful musicians. Today, I would like to thank the NY City Council and NYC Department of Cultural Affairs for funding SU-CASA, a community arts engagement program that places artists and organizations in residence at senior centers across the five boroughs. Thank you to Voices partners Young Israel of Queens Valley, The Polish-Slavic Senior Center, Self-help of Maspeth and the Henry Street Settlement. – Liz Norman
