Voices of Connection: 05/26 Around the World Wednesdays: Barcelona
I received this email from the conductor of “Veus” in Barcelona, Spain "We know that maybe these are difficult and uncertain times, but we want to keep working to make choral music possible. We are rehearsing in person or virtually depending on the pandemic situation, and we have had a few concerts singing with the mask and respecting the social distancing, which proves that these kinds of performances are possible but certainly strange."
Music around the world continues to be challenging, but so many choirs continue to bring hope and joy to the young people in their communities. Here is Veus cor infantil Amics de la Unió a wonderful chorus singing Song of Hope by Susanna Lindmark.
