A member of our audience, Ro Sheffe, requested this terrific ceremonial motet, normally used at Papal Masses. He calls it “a very lively and joyous piece, especially when played at a high volume!” Thanks, Ro. I agree it’s one of Palestrina’s best upbeat motets.
